How We Can Support You
We offer a companionship service for older people, tailored to the unique needs of each individual. Whether it's providing company inside or outside the home, assistance with daily activities, transportation to local communities and Dr. appointments or simply being there to listen, our companions are dedicated to enhancing the well-being of our clients.
Customised Companionship
With our personalised approach to companionship, it is our aim to create a warm, friendly environment allowing meaningful connections to be made, relationships to blossom and loneliness to be alleviated. We match each client with a Companion who has shared interests to encourage strong rapport.
Engaging Activities
We encourage our clients to take part in a range of activities suited to their unique preferences and abilities, aimed at promoting mental stimulation and physical well-being. Whether it's a leisurely stroll, playing games, or pursuing hobbies, our companions facilitate activities that bring fun and fulfilment.
Practical Assistance
We can provide practical support to assist with daily tasks and errands, ensuring that our clients can lead a comfortable and independent life.
From changing light bulbs and cleaning those hard to reach places, to support with correspondence, emails and IT, with everything in between, our Companions are happy to help.
Accompanied Transport
For those for whom it's possible, we love to help our clients get out of the home when they can. We are able to drive and escort clients to Dr. appointments, attend events, community groups or meet with friends. We're also there to assist with shopping and other errands.
Community Re-engagement
We aim to inspire and enable our clients to feel part of a community that might otherwise be unreachable for them. Our presence can provide the confidence needed to get out of the home more often and to enjoy positive social interactions during our time together.
Family Respite
We understand the challenges faced by families caring for older loved ones. Our service can provide much needed respite to family and caregivers, providing them the opportunity to take a break while ensuring their loved ones are in the company of a caring and reliable Companion.
