Once you get in touch with us, we aim to visit you at your home address at a time and date convenient for you. Maybe you prefer to have someone with you on that day. Your family or a friend to support you on this journey.

It is important to us that you and your family are feeling comfortable and assured of the process and the service you will receive thereafter.

We will need to take some basic information, like your contact phone number, email and address. where we will be able to confirm day and time of your discovery visit and the person that will come and see you.

We are very excited to meet you and find out what you are looking for in our services and how we can best support you. During your visit we will ask you questions to find out more about you and your interests, hobbies and expectations. We will explain the terms and conditions of our service and will have time to answer any questions you may have after that.

When you are happy to go ahead, we will match you with one of our amazing companions and will arrange your first meet.

This can be daunting and exciting at the same time. But rest assured, you will be looking back on taking these first steps and will wish you'd done it sooner. You world will expand and your companion will make life easier, more enjoyable and include activities in and around your community.
